Training can take place at at your home, your office, or another venue. I also train at Rock Creek Sports Club and Rock Creek Studios in Washington DC. To hire me there, at their rates, please contact the club directly.


Will my insurance cover this?

In the past, few health insurers covered fitness training and health coaching, but this is changing. It is best to talk to your provider. If you are covered, I will be happy to fill out any paperwork your insurer requires.

Is my identity secure?

I won’t share your name, address, or personal information with any individual or company without your explicit permission.

What if I miss a session?

I reserve time for your appointment, so if you can't make it, please let me know no later than 24 hours in advance. If you don't inform me, you will be charged for the session.
